"My story is very different to all those gifted born singers...I wasn't one
of them. I went from a continent to another, from a teacher to another, learning
different techniques, styles and developing strength but also bad habits. The
last ones built up until one day they caught up with me. I was
frustrated with my singing voice. I had a powerful voice with an amazing range
about three octaves. But I couldn't sing with it! I had a gap in the middle
of my voice. I had to yell to get those notes or sing in falsetto. My performances
were often bad. I couldn't rely on my voice. I was often out of tune and tired
after singing. One day, my luck changed. I found a technique that gave my
voice a balance. Now I have a bigger range and I don't have to use falsetto
if I don't want to. After learning SLS™as
a singer I trained to teach it. So I could help singers like me who
were struggling with a particular problem or singers who just wanted to reach
their full potential. Building my voice has been a journey based on study,
research and practice. The exploration of different singing methods has
faced me with a range of vocal difficulties for which now I have solutions.
My experience and SLS™ are the best teaching tools I have. Because, it is easy
to empathize with my students and quickly find a solution to their vocal problems.
The students will learn how to sing with a strong, flexible and connected voice
from bottom to top in any style. Either if they need to prepare for a concert
or recording, need to preserve the voice during the tour or just want to sing
along with the church's choir or in front of family and friends."
